VEGTABLE SANDWICH

Ingredients:

Bread – 4 slices
Onion (sliced) – 2 Nos.
Tomato (sliced) – 2 Nos.
Cucumber (sliced) – ½ No.
Cabbage (chopped) – 50 grams
Coriander Leaves – Few
Tomato Sauce or Chilli Sause – 2 teaspoons
Mayonnaise – 4 teaspoons

Black Pepper Powder – 2 teaspoons

Procedure:

1) Apply Mayonnaise on all the Breads evenly.
2) Place the Onion slices on the Bread.
3) Place Tomato slices upon the Onion slices.
4) Place Cucumber slices upon the Tomato slices.
5) Place chopped Cabbage upon the Cucumber slices.
6) Pour Sauce on the top of it, sprinkler Black Pepper powder on it.
7) Close it with another Bread slice.
8) Pre-heat the Sandwich maker for 2 minutes.
9) Toast the breads in the Sandwich maker (close the lid) for 3 to 4 minutes or till it becomes light brown.
10) Transfer it into a plate (use kitchen tong to avoid touching the hot bread).
11) Vegetable Sandwich is ready to serve.
