VEGETABLE PASTA

Procedure:

1) In a vessel boil 1 litre of Water.
2) When the Water boils add Pasta and cook for 10 minutes in high flame.
3) Filter the Pasta.
4) In a pan heat Oil.
5) Add Onion and sauté for 3 minutes.
6) Add Ginger Garlic Paste and fry for few seconds.
7) Add Tomatoes, Salt, Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder and fry for 3 minutes in a medium flame.
8) Add vegetables (Capsicum, Carrot and Peas), Tomato Sauce and mix well.
9) Close the lid and keep it in medium flame for 5 minutes.
10) Add drained Pasta and mix well.
11) Add Coriander Leaves and mix well.
12) Close the lid and keep in low flame for 5 minutes.
13) After 5 minutes switch off the flame.
14) Transfer it into a bowl.

15) Vegetable Pasta is ready to serve.

Ingredients:

Pasta – 200 grams
Onion (chopped) – 1 No.
Tomato (chopped) – 2 Nos.
Carrot (chopped) – ½ No.
Green Capsicum (chopped) – ½ No.
Peas – 1 handful
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 teaspoon
Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder – ½ teaspoon
Tomato Sauce – 2 teaspoons
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – Few
Oil – 3 teaspoons

Salt as per taste
