ANNUCHEF

Ingredients:

Beans – 30 grams
Carrot – 30 grams
Potato – 50 grams
Peas – 30 grams
Onion (sliced) – 1 No.
Coconut (scrapped or chopped) – 50 grams
Cashew Nuts – 10 Nos.
Green Chilli – 3 Nos.
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – ¼ teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Oil – 6 teaspoons

Procedure:

1) Grind Coconut and Cashew Nuts into a fine paste.
2) In a vessel boil 1 cup of water. After it boils add all vegetables (Beans, Carrot, Potato and Peas) and ½ teaspoon        Salt.
3) In another vessel heat Oil. When the Oil is heated add Onion and Green Chillies then fry till golden brown.
4) Add Ginger Garlic Paste and fry for 2 minutes.
5) Add Turmeric Powder and fry for 1 minute.
6) Add the grinded paste and Salt and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes in a low flame.
7) Add the boiled vegetables with water and cook for 5 minutes.
8) Vegetable Khurma – White is ready to serve.
