VEGETABLE EGG OMELETTE

Procedure:

1) In a bowl whisk the Eggs.
2) In a pan add two teaspoons of Oil, add Capsicum, Carrot, Cabbage, Salt and sauté it for 5 minutes in a low flame.
3) In the whisked Egg add the mixture of fried Vegetables, Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Salt and mix it well.
4) In a pan add five teaspoons of Oil and add the whisked Eggs, sprinkle Black Pepper and Coriander Leaves and fry for 2 minutes.
5) After 2 minutes turn the Omelette and fry for another 3 minutes in a medium flame.
6) After 3 minutes transfer the Vegetable Egg Omelette in a plate.
7) Vegetable Egg Omelette is ready to serve.

Ingredients:

Egg – 2 Nos.
Onion (chopped) – 1 No.
Carrot (grated) – ½ No.
Capsicum (chopped) – ¼ No.
Cabbage (chopped) – 20 grams
Coriander Leaves – Few
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 teaspoon
Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – ¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
