ANNUCHEF

Ingredients:

Pasta – 500 grams
Paneer – 200 grams
Cheese – 2 tablespoons
Onion (sliced) – 2 Nos.
Tomato (chopped) – 2 Nos.
Beans (chopped) – 10 Nos
Carrot (chopped) – 1 No.
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – few
Ginger Garlic Paste – 3 teaspoons
Turmeric Powder – ¼ teaspoon
Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder – ½ teaspoon
Salt –2 teaspoons or as per taste
Oil – 5 teaspoons 

Procedure:

1) In a vessel heat Oil.
2) Once it is heated add Onions and fry till golden brown.
3) Once Onion becomes transparent add Tomatoes and Salt.
4) After the Tomatoes become soft add Beans, Carrot, Ginger, Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Chili Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Garam Masala Powder and cook for 5 minutes in medium flame.
5) Add 1 cup of hot Water and mix well.
6) When Water comes to boil add Pasta and cook for 20 minutes in medium flame.
7) When there is little Water remaining add Paneer, Coriander Leaves, Mozzarella Cheese and mix.
8) Leave for 10 minutes in low flame.
9) After 10 minutes switch off the flame.
10) Transfer it into a plate.
11) Veg Paneer Pasta is ready to serve.
