Urad Dal – 1 cup
Powdered Sugar – ½ cup
Almonds – 10 Nos.
Walnuts – 5 Nos.
Cashew Nuts – 5 Nos.
Cardamom Powder – ½ teaspoon
Ghee – 200 ml


1) In a kadai or pan add Urad Dal and roast in low flame for 3 minutes.
2) Transfer it into a plate.
3) Add Almonds, Walnuts, Cashews and roast for 3 minutes in low flame.
4) Transfer it into a plate.
5) Allow to cool.
6) In a mixie jar add Urad Dal, Almonds, Walnuts, and Cashews and grind it.
7) Add powdered Sugar and Cardamom Powder and grind well.
8) Transfer it into a bowl.
9) Melt the Ghee and add to the grinded powder and mix.
10) After 5 minutes make Laddoos.
11) Urad Dal Laddoo is ready to serve.
