In a pan add oil, after oil is heated add ginger garlic paste and fry to 2 minutes. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, mango powder, coriander leaves and salt and fry all the spices. After 2 minutes add mashed paneer and fry for 5 more minutes. Switch off the stove and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Cut all the 4 capsicum into half, deseed it and clean. Fill the capsicum with the paneer mixture.
Pre-heat the oven at 240° C for 10 minutes. Once the oven is heated grease the pan with oil, arrange the capsicum and set the oven for 240° C for 25 to 30 minutes. After 25 to 30 minutes the stuffed capsicum will be ready.

Paneer (mashed) – 250 Grams
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Chilli Powder – ½ teaspoon

Cumin Powder – ¼ teaspoon
Mango Power – ¼ teaspoon
Coriander leaves – few
Oil for frying – 3 to 4 teaspoons
