ANNUCHEF

Ingredients:

Tomatoes – 3 Nos.
Garlic – 5 Nos.
Dry red Chillies – 3 Nos.
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – Few
Salt – 2 teaspoonsOil – 2 teaspoons

ROASTED TOMATO CHUTNEY

Procedure:

1) Switch on the stove.
2) Keep the grill stand.
3) Place Tomatoes and roast all the sides in medium flame.
4) Transfer it into a plate.
5) Place Garlic and dry Red Chillies and roast for 2 minutes in low flame.
6) Remove the skin from the Tomatoes.
7) Chop the Tomatoes.
8) In a mixie jar add chopped Tomatoes, roasted Garlic and dry Red Chillies.
9) Add Coriander Leaves, Salt and Oil.
10) Grind it into a paste.
11) Transfer it into a plate.
12) Roasted Tomato Chutney is ready to serve.
