Procedure:

1) In a pan heat Oil.
2) When the Oil is heated add Mustard Seeds.
3) When Mustard Seeds crackle add Curry Leaves, Green Chillies and sauté it for a minute.
4) Add Cashew Nuts and fry till it turns light brown.
5) Add Onion and fry for 2 minutes.
6) Add Ginger Garlic Paste and fry.
7) Add Tomato, Salt Turmeric Powder and mix well.
8) After 3 minutes add Beans, Carrot, Peas and mix well.
9) Add 2 ½ cups of Water and mix well.
10) Close the lid and keep in a medium flame and continuously mix well.
12) Add Coriander Leaves and mix well.
13) Close the lid and leave in medium flame for 5 minutes.
14) Switch off the flame and add Ghee.
15) Transfer it into a plate.
16) Garnish with fried Cashew Nuts.

17) Rava khichdi is ready to serve.

Ingredients:

Roasted semolina – 1 cup
Onion (chopped) – 1 No.
Tomato (chopped) – 1 No.
Beans (chopped) – Few
Carrot (chopped) – Few
Peas – 1 handful
Cashew Nuts (chopped) – 12 Nos.
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – Few
Curry Leaves – 10 Nos.
Green Chillies (split) – 3 Nos.
Mustard Seeds – 1 teaspoon

Turmeric Powder – ½ teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Ghee – 3 teaspoons

Oil – 3 teaspoons
