ANNUCHEF

Ingredients:

Milk – 750 ml
Condensed Milk – 50 ml
Sugar – 6 teaspoons
Cardamom Powder – 1 teaspoon
Almonds – 10 Nos.
Pistachio – 15 Nos.
Almonds (sliced) – 10 Nos.
Pistachio (sliced) – 10 Nos.

PISTA BADAM KULFI

Procedure:


1) in a mixie jar add Almonds and Pistachio and grind it coarsely.
2) In a vessel add Milk and boil.
3) After it is boiled add Sugar, Cardamom Powder, grinded Almond, Pistachio and mix well.
4) Allow it to cook in medium flame for 15 minutes.
5) Add Condensed Milk and mix well.
6) Cook the Milk till it reduces to ¼ of its actual quantity.
7) When the Milk thickens switch off the flame.
8) Allow it to cool.
9) Pour the Milk in Kulfi moulds and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
10) After 6 hours take the Kulfi out and leave it for 10 minutes.
11) After 10 minutes slowly remove the Kulfi from the moulds.
12) Pista Badam Kulfi is ready to serve.
