PASTA SWEET

Procedure:

1) Boil the Milk in a vessel.
2) Once the Milk is Boiled add Pasta and keep it in a low flame for 20 minutes (stir often).
3) After the Pasta is cooked switch off the flame and wait for 5 to 10 minutes.
4) After 5 to 10 minutes add the Sugar and keep it in a low flame for 5 minutes
5) Add Cooked Bengal Gram Dal, Scrapped Coconut, Pistachio, Almonds and Cashew Nuts then stir well for 2 minutes.
6) Pasta Sweet is ready to serve.

Milk – 1 Litre
Pasta – 100 grams
Sugar – 200 grams
Bengal Gram Dal (cooked) – 50 grams
Scrapped Coconut – 50 grams
Pistachio (chopped) – 10 Nos.
Almonds (chopped) – 10 Nos.
Cashew Nuts (chopped) – 10 Nos.
