ANNUCHEF

Ingredients:

All Purpose Flour – 1 cup
Egg – 1 No.
Sugar – 4 teaspoons
Baking Soda – ¼ teaspoon
Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon
Buttermilk – 1 cup
Banana (chopped) – 2 teaspoons
Raisins – 10 Nos.
Salt – ¼ teaspoon
Oil – 5 teaspoons

PAN CAKES

Procedure:


1) In a bowl keep sieve, add All Purpose Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Sugar and sieve well.
2) Now add Salt and mix well.
3) In Butter Milk add Egg and Oil and mix.
4) Add Butter Milk to the flour and mix gently (don’t over mix).
5) In a pan grease Oil.
6) Add one scoop of Batter (don’t spread).
7) Add chopped Banana or Raisins on the top or you can make plain also. Keep the flame in low medium.
8) When bubbles are seen in the flour flip it and cook on other side for 2 minutes.
9) Transfer it into a plate.
10) Pan Cakes are ready to serve.
