ANNUCHEF

Procedure:

1) In a bowl add Chicken, All Purpose Flour, Corn Flour, Egg, Salt, Pepper Powder and mix well.
2) Allow it to marinate for half an hour.
3) Heat Oil in a pan.
4) Once the Oil is heated put marinated Chicken and fry in low flame till the Chicken is cooked.
5) Once it is cooked remove and transfer it into a plate and keep aside.
6) In another pan heat 2 tablespoon of Oil.
7) Once it is heated add Onion, Ginger, Garlic and sauté it for 2 minutes.
8) Add Chilli Sauce, Soya Sauce, Chilli Flakes, Vinegar, Salt and mix well.
9) Add Orange Juice and mix well.
10) Add Fried Chicken, Yellow, Green and Red Capsicum mix well.
11) Close the lid and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.
12) After 5 minutes switch off the flame.
13) Transfer it into a plate.

14) Orange Chicken is ready to serve.

ORANGE CHICKEN

Ingredients:

Chicken – 750 grams
Orange – 2 Nos.
All Purpose Flour – 1 tablespoon
Corn Flour – 1 tablespoon
Onion (chopped) – 1 No.
Red Capsicum (chopped) – ¼ No.
Yellow Capsicum (chopped) – ¼ No.
Green Capsicum (chopped) – ¼ No.
Ginger (chopped) – 1 tablespoon
Garlic (chopped – 1 tablespoon
Egg – ½ No.
Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
Red chili Sauce – 1 tablespoon
Soya Sauce – 1 tablespoon
Chilli Flakes – 1 teaspoon
Pepper Powder – 2 teaspoons
Salt – 2 teaspoons or as per taste
