Minced Meat – 250 grams.
Fenugreek Leaves – 1 bunch
Potato (Medium size) – 2 Nos.
Onion (chopped) – 2 Nos.
Tomatoes (chopped) – 2 Nos.
Green Chilli – 2 Nos.
Coriander Leaves – few
Coconut Paste – 4 teaspoons
Oil for cooking – 4 teaspoons
Cinnamon – 2 Nos.
Cardamom – 2 Nos.
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1½ teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – ¼ teaspoon
Chilli Power – 1 teaspoon
Salt as needed
In a cooker add oil. Once the oil is heated add 2 cinnamon and 2 cardamom.
Add onion and fry till golden brown. Add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir well with onion.
Add Minced Meat, Green Chilli and Salt, let it cook for 10 minutes.
Once the water is drained add Fenugreek leaves and potato and add salt for these vegetable and mix well.
Add Tomatoes, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder and mix well.
Close the cooker lid and leave for 3 to 4 whistles.
After 4 Whistles switch off the cooker and wait till the steam is gone.
Add coconut paste and coriander leaves and keep in a low flame for 10 minutes.
The curry is ready to serve.
