LASSI RECIPES

Procedure:

Lassi
1) In an electric mixer or juicer add 2 cups of Curd, 5 ice cubes, 2 tablespoons of sugar and grind at medium speed

     for 1 minute.
2) Transfer it into a glass.
3) Lassi is ready to serve.

Rose Syrup Lassi
1) In an electric mixer or juicer add 2 cups of Curd, 2 tablespoons of Rose Syrup and grind at medium speed for 1

     minute (add sugar if needed).
2) Transfer it into a glass.
3) Rose Syrup Lassi is ready to serve.

Pista Badam Lassi
1) In a juicer add 2 cups of Curd, Almonds, Pistachios and 2 tablespoons of Sugar and grind at medium speed for

     1 minute.
2) Transfer it into a glass.
3) Garnish with chopped Almonds and Pistachios.
4) Pista Badam Lassi is ready to serve.


Mango Lassi

1) In a juicer add 2 cups of Curd, Mango, 2 tablespoons of Sugar and grind at medium speed for 1 minute.
2) Transfer it into a glass
3) Garnish with chopped Mangoes.
4) Mango Lassi is ready to serve

Ingredients:

Curd – 8 cups
Sugar – 6 tablespoons
Mango – 1 cup
Rose syrup – 3 tablespoons
Almonds (peeled) – 8 Nos.

Pistachios (peeled) – 15 Nos.
