Procedure:

1) In a bowl add Vermicelli and Butter and mix well.
2) Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
3) In a ceramic rectangle container apply Butter on all sides.
4) Spread half of the Vermicelli evenly on the container and press gently.
5) Spread Cream Cheese evenly on all the sides.
6) Spread Mozzarella Cheese evenly on all the sides.
7) Top it with remaining Vermicelli and spread evenly.
8) Keep in the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
9) In a vessel add Sugar and 200 ml of Water and boil in medium flame till the Sugar melts.
10) In a mixie jar add Almonds and Pistachios and grind it coarsely.
11) After taking the Kunafa from the oven pour the warm Sugar Syrup evenly on the dessert.
12) Garnish with crushed Almonds and Pistachios.
13) Kunafa Arabic dessert is ready to serve.

KUNAFA – ARABIC DESSERT

Ingredients:

Vermicelli (thin) or Kunafa Dough – 200 grams
Sugar – 100 grams
Cream Cheese – 200 grams
Mozzarella Cheese – 150 grams
Almonds – 20 grams
Pistachios – 20 grams
Butter – 20 grams
