Procedure:


1) Grind Almonds and Cardamom into a fine paste.
2) Boil the Milk.
3) Once the Milk is boiled add Semolina and stir continuously for 10 minutes.
4) Add Almond and Cardamom paste and stir continuously for 5 minutes.
5) Add Sugar and stir continuously for 10 minutes.
6) Add Sweetened Condensed Milk and stir for 5 minutes.
7) Switch off the flame and add Rose Essene and stir.
8) Firni Sweet is ready to serve.

Ingredients:

Milk – 1 Litre
Semolina – 50 grams
Sugar – 150 grams
Almonds (soaked in water overnight & peeled) – 20 Nos.
Sweetened Condensed Milk – 50 ml
Cardamom – 4 Nos.
Rose Essence – 2 teaspoons
