ANNUCHEF

Ingredients:

Egg – 2 Nos.
Onion (sliced) – 2 Nos.
Tomato (chopped) – ½ No.
Coriander Leaves – Few
Turmeric Powder – ½ teaspoon
Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt as per taste

Oil – 6 teaspoons

EGG KHARAZ

Procedure:

1) Heat Oil in a Kadai
2) Once the Oil is heated add Onion and fry till it becomes transparent.
3) Add Tomatoes, Salt, Turmeric Power and Chilli Powder and cook for 3 minutes.
4) Add Egg and stir continuously for 5 minutes.
5) Add Coriander Leaves and mix it well and switch off the flame.
6) Transfer it into a plate.

7) Egg Kharaz is ready to serve.
