Procedure:

1) Remove the seeds from Dates.
2) in a juicer add Dates, Almond and 1 cup of Milk.
3) Close the lid and blend well for 1 minute.
4) Open the lid and add Cinnamon Powder and remaining Milk.
5) Close the lid and blend for 1 minute.
6) Transfer it into a glass.
7) Garnish it will almond and dates.
8) Healthy and nutritious Dates Milk Shake is ready to serve.

DATES & ALMOND MILK SHAKE

Ingredients:

Milk – 3 Cups
Dates – 6 Nos.
Almonds (peeled) – 10 Nos.
Cinnamon Powder – 1 teaspoon
Dates (chopped) – 2 Nos.

Almonds (chopped) – 4 Nos.
