CURD CHUTNEY.

Ingredients:

Curd / Yogurt – 1 Cup
Onion (sliced) – 1 No.
Coriander Leaves – Few
Carrot (grated) – 3 teaspoons
Green Chilli (chopped) – 2 Nos.Salt as per taste

Procedure:

1) in a bowl add Onion, grated Carrot, Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves, Salt and mix well.
2) Add curd and mix well.
3) Curd chutney is ready to serve.
