Procedure:

1) In a mixie jar add Scrapped Coconut, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chillies, Tamarind, Salt and grind coarsely.
2) Add quarter cup of Water and grind.
3) Add Onions and grind well.
4) Transfer it into a bowl.
5) Coriander Chutney is ready to serve..

Ingredients:

Scrapped Coconut – 50 grams
Coriander Leaves – 1 hand full
Mint Leaves – 15 Nos.
Onion (roughly chopped) – 1 No.
Green Chilli – 2 Nos.
Tamarind – 10 grams or as per your taste

Salt as per taste
