ANNUCHEF

Procedure:

1) In a kadai or pan heat Oil.
2) Once the Oil is heated add Bengal Gram, Urad Dal and sauté.
3) Add Cashew Nuts and fry.
4) Add Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds and fry.
5) Add Curry Leaves, Red Chilli, Ginger and fry.
6) Add Onion and fry for 2 minutes.
7) Add Scrapped Coconut and fry for 2 minutes.
8) Add cooked Rice and mix well.
9) Keep it in low flame for 2 minutes.
10) Add Coriander Leaves and mix well.
11) Switch off the flame.
12) Transfer it into a bowl.
13) Coconut Rice is ready to serve.

COCONUT RICE

Ingredients:

Cooked Rice – 2 Cups
Scrapped Coconut – ½ Cup
Onion (chopped) – 1 No.
Red Chilli – 3 Nos.
Ginger(grated) – 1 teaspoon
Cashew Nuts – 5 Nos.
Bengal Gram – 1 teaspoon
Urad Dal – 1 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds – 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves – 10 Nos.
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – Few
Oil – 4 teaspoons

Salt as per taste
