Procedure:

1) Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
2) In a sieve add All Purpose Flour, Brown Sugar, Desiccated Coconut, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda

     and sieve.
3) In a bowl add Eggs and whisk well.
4) Add Milk, melted Butter, Oil and mix well.
5) Add Vanilla Essence and Lemon Juice and mix well.
6) Add Flour mix to the Egg mixture little by little and combine both well.
7) Grease a rectangular baking tray.
8) Add the Batter to the baking tray.
9) Tap it.
10) In the preheated oven keep the baking tray and set at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
11) After 45 minutes check the cake using a toothpick (it should come out clean).
12) Let it cool down completely.
13) Make slices.
14) Chocolate Cake with Brown Sugar is ready to serve.

CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH BROWN SUGAR

Ingredients:

All Purpose Flour – 1¼ cup
Brown Sugar – 1¼ cup
Desiccated Coconut – 1 cup
Cocoa Powder – 4 tablespoons
Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon
Baking Soda – ¼ teaspoon
Milk – 300 ml
Eggs – 2 Nos.
Lemon Juice – 2 teaspoons
Vanilla Essence – 1 teaspoon
Butter – ½ cup
Oil – ¼ cup
