Procedure:

1) Soak China Grass in water for 30 minutes.
2) Boil Milk till the time when it reduces into ¾ of its quantity.
3) After 30 minutes cook China Grass (with the same water) in low flame till it dissolves.
4) Add sugar in China Grass and cook for few more minutes then switch off the flame and let it cool.
5) After the Milk is reduced into ¾ of its quantity then let it cool.
6) Add Rose Essence with Milk.
7) Add China Grass with Milk and stir it well.
8) In 3 different plates add 3 different colours.
9) Pour Milk with China Grass in 3 different plates.
10) Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
11) Cut it into any shapes of your choice and serve it.

Ingredients:

Milk – 1 Ltr.
China Grass – 20 Grams
Sugar – 12 teaspoons
Cashew nuts (chopped) – 10 Nos.
Pistachio (chopped) – 10 Nos.
Almonds (chopped) – 10 Nos.
Rose Essence – 1 teaspoon
Orange powder – ½ pinch
Red Powder – ½ pinch
Rose Milk Syrup – 2 teaspoons
