Procedure:

1) In a mixie jar add Cumin Seeds & Black Pepper and grind it coarsely.
2) in a bowl add Chicken, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala

    Powder and mix well.
3) Add grinded spices and mix well.
4) Add Lemon Juice and mix well.
5) Add Salt and mix well.
6) Close and marinate for 1 hour.
7) In a pan add Oil and place the Chicken and leave for 10 minutes in medium flame.
8) Turn the Chicken and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.
9) Once the Water in the Chicken evaporates roast the Chicken on both the sides for 2 minutes.
10) Add Coriander Leaves.
11) Transfer it into a plate.

12) Chicken Roast is ready to serve.

CHICKEN ROAST

Ingredients:

Chicken – ½ Kg
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 teaspoons
Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – ½ teaspoon
Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 2 teaspoons
Garam Masala Powder – 1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice – 4 teaspoons
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – Few
Salt – 2 teaspoons or as per taste

Oil – 5 teaspoons
