ANNUCHEF

Ingredients:

All Purpose Flour – 250 grams
Chicken – 100 grams
Green, Red & Yellow Bell Peppers – each ¼ chopped
Olives (chopped) – 2 teaspoons
Tomato Sauce – 100 grams
Mozzarella Cheese – 200 grams
Crushed Garlic – 2 teaspoons
Chopped Garlic – 2 teaspoons
Mixed Herbs – 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 2 teaspoons
Dry Yeast – 2 teaspoons
Sugar – 2 teaspoons

Olive Oil – 5 teaspoons

CHICKEN PIZZA

Procedure:


1) In a bowl add 1 ½ cup of warm Water, 2 teaspoons Sugar and 2 teaspoons Dry Yeast.
2) After 5 minutes Yeast will be activated.
3) In a large bowl add 250 grams Flour, 1 teaspoon Salt, 2 teaspoons of Olive Oil, Yeast mixture and knead the dough

     for 10 minutes.
4) Tuck the dough and apply some Olive Oil on the dough and inside the bowl.
5) Cover the bowl with a cloth or cling wrap and leave it for 2 hours.
6) Punch the dough, tuck and make 2 equal size balls.
5) In the meanwhile, in a pan add 2 teaspoons of Oil, when the Oil is heated add Garlic and sauté it well.
6) Add Chicken, ½ teaspoon Salt, Black Pepper Powder and fry it for 2 minutes.
7) Add ¼ cup of Water and close the lid.
8) After 10 minutes switch off the flame.
9) Punch the dough and knead it for 5 minutes.
10) Divide the kneaded dough into 2 equal parts.
11) On the pizza pan apply the Oil, place the dough, stretch and flatten it, create dent, prick in centre with a fork.
12) Apply and spread the pizza sauce.
13) Place Chicken, Green, Red & Yellow Bell Peppers, Olives.
14) Place Mozzarella Cheese.
15) Sprinkle mixed herbs and Black Pepper Powder.
16) In the oven bake at 200° C for 15 minutes.
17) After 15 minutes take out the pizza and slice according to your choice.

18) Chicken Pizza is ready to serve.
