Procedure:

Mix all these ingredients except Bread Crumbs, Egg and Oil.
Make the dough into small balls and flatten it.
First dip the balls in egg and then coat with Bread Crumbs.
Use a pan and shallow fry the Cutlets on both the sides.
Serve with tomato sauce.

Ingredients:

Shredded Chicken – 300 grams
Potato (Boiled & Mashed) – 2 Nos.
Onion (finely chopped) – 2 Nos.
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 teaspoon
Garam Masala – ¼ teaspoon
Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder – ½ teaspoon
Cumin Powder – 1 teaspoon
Egg (Whisked) – 1 No.
Bread Crumbs – 100 grams
Coriander Leaves – Few
Oil for frying
Salt as needed
