ANNUCHEF

Ingredients:

Chicken Boneless – 250 grams
Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Cheese – 100 grams
Milk – ¼ cup
Baking Powder – ½ teaspoon
Baking Soda – ½ teaspoon
Sea Same Seeds – 1 teaspoon
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Yeast – 1 teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – ¼ teaspoon
Chilli Powder – ½ teaspoon
Coriander Powder – ½ teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder – ¼ teaspoon
Egg – 1 No.
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 3 teaspoons

Procedure:

1) In a bowl add Milk, Yeast Sugar and mix well.
2) Add Wheat Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, ½ teaspoon of Salt, 1 teaspoon of Oil and mix well.
3) Knead a smooth dough.
4) Duck the dough.
5) Apply a teaspoon of Oil, cover and leave it for an hour in warm place.
6) In a pan add a 1 teaspoon of Oil.
7) Add Chicken, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder

     and mix well.
8) Leave for 8 minutes in medium flame.
9) Switch off the flame and allow it to cool. (if the Chicken pieces are big cut into small pieces).
10) After one-hour punch and knead the dough for 2 minutes.
11) Make 6 equal pieces.
12) Use dry Flour and roll the dough.
13) Keep the Chicken with Mozzarella Cheese and close the dough.
14) In a bowl add Egg and whisk.
15) Apply Egg wash on all the dough.
16) Put Sea Same Seeds on the top.
17) Preheat the cooker with some Salt, close and leave for 10 minutes.
18) After 10 minutes place the Buns on a plate (grease the Plate with Oil) and keep it in the cooker.
19) Close the lid without whistle and leaver for 30 minutes in low flame.
20) Switch off the flame and leave for 10 minutes.
21) Remove and transfer it into a plate.
22) Chicken Cheese Buns are ready to serve.
