Procedure:

1) In a bowl add Chicken, Curd, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Black Pepper

     Powder, Chopped Curry Leaves and mix well.
2) Marinate for 2 hours.
3) Add Rice Flour and mix well.
4) Heat Oil in a kadai.
5) Once it is heated add Chicken, keep it in low to medium flame and fry till it turns crispy.
6) Flip and fry on other side till it becomes crispy.
7) Transfer it into a plate.
8) In a pan add 2 teaspoons of Oil.
9) Once it is heated add Curry Leaves, Green Chilli, Garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
10) Add fried Chicken and mix well.
11) Transfer it in a serving plate.
12) Chicken 65 is ready to serve.

Ingredients:

Chicken – 500 grams
Curd – 1 cup
Rice flour – 4 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste – 3 teaspoons
Garlic (chopped) – 4 Nos.
Green chilli – 3 Nos.
Kashmiri chilli powder – 4 teaspoons
Curry leaves – 10 Nos.
Curry leaves (chopped) – 5 Nos.
Black pepper powder – 2 teaspoons
Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 2 teaspoons or as per taste
