Ingredients:

Chickpeas – 200 grams (boiled)
Potato – 2 Nos. (boiled & chopped)
Onion (chopped) – 1 No.
Tomato (chopped) – 1 No.
Cucumber (chopped) – 1 No.
Carrot (grated) – ½ No.
Rice Flakes (broken) – 5 Nos. (optional)
Curd – 1 ½ cup
Tamarind Pulp – 4 teaspoons
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – few
Mint Leaves (chopped) – few
Lemon Juice of 2 Lemons
Black Pepper Powder – 1 teaspoon
Chat Powder – 2 teaspoonsSalt as per taste.

Procedure:

1) In a big bowl add boiled Chickpeas, boiled Potato, Onion, Tomato and mix it well.
2) Add Cucumber, Carrot and mix it well.
3) Add Salt, Black Pepper Power, Chat Powder and mix well.
4) Add Rice Flakes, Tamarind Pulp, Curd and mix well.
5) Add Coriander Leave, Mint Leave and mix well.
6) Add Lemon Juice and mix well.
7) Transfer it to a bowl.8) Chana Chaat / Chiickpeas Salad is ready to serve.
