Ingredients:

Cauliflower (washed in hot water) – 400 grams
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 teaspoons
Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying

Procedure:

1) In a big bowl add Cauliflower, Ginger Garlic Paste, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder and Salt and mix well.
2) In a pan heat Oil.
3) Once the Oil is heated fry Cauliflower in low flame, turn it often and fry till golden brown.
4) Cauliflower fry is ready to serve.
