CARROT MILKSHAKE

Procedure:


1) Peel the Carrots.
2) Grate the carrots using a food processor or grater.
3) In a juicer add the grated Carrot, Cashew Nuts, Dates (without seeds), half of the Milk and grind well.
4) Add remaining Milk and grind well.
5) Transfer it into a glass.
6) Garnish with Almonds and Pistachios.
7) Carrot Milkshake is ready to serve.

Ingredients:

Carrot – 2 Nos.
Milk – ½ litre
Dates – 3 Nos.
Cashew Nuts – 10 Nos.
Almonds (chopped) – 2 Nos.

Pistachios (chopped) – 3 Nos.
