In a vessel add 200 ml of water, 100 grams of sugar and 2 pinch of saffron and boil it in a low flame till the sugar dissolves completely (stir often). Your sugar syrup is ready.
In a pan shallow fry all the bread slices.
Dip the bread slices in the sugar syrup and arrange it in a plate.
Pour the condensed milk on the dipped breads with a teaspoon evenly.
Decorate the breads with almonds and pistachios.
Bread – 5 slices (cut into half)
Ghee – 200 ml
Sugar – 100 grams
Water – 200 ml
Condensed Milk – 100 ml
Almonds (chopped) – 15 Nos.
Pistachio (chopped) – 15 Nos.
Saffron – 2 pinch
