Procedure:

1) Add 5 teaspoons of oil & fry Bitter Gourd in low flame for 10 minutes and keep it aside.
2) Add 6 teaspoons of oil, add Fenugreek, add Curry Leave and Garlic then fry for 2 minutes.
3) Add Onion and Salt then fry till Onion is brown.
4) Add Tomato, Turmeric Power, Chilli Powder and Coriander Powder then fry in low flame for 5 minutes.
5) Add Bitter Gourd, Tamarind Pulp and 200 ml of water then cook in a flame for 15 minutes.

Bitter Gourd (sliced & washed in ½ teaspoon salt) – 1 medium size
Garlic (sliced) – 6 Cloves
Onion (sliced) – 2 Nos.
Tomato (sliced) – 1 No.
Curry Leaves – Few
Fenugreek – ½ teaspoon
Salt as needed
Turmeric Powder – ½ teaspoon
Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 3 teaspoons
Tamarind Pulp – 50 ml
Oil – 50 ml
